Grading Rules for an Order

  •  Grading for an Order is based on impediment grading on different doc
    type
  •  SLA for order take place from Impediment start date and grading
  •  Agent can raise Review as No Problem, Not Resolved, Resolved for each
    doc type
  • Agent can capture issue details and notes for each doc type
  •  Ability to upload multiple document for each doc type

Workflow Setup

  •  Document Review, Impediment, Review workflow module configurations
    for a product under customer setup
  • Upon Document Review completion, system could validate all doc types
    are marked as Doc Review Status (No Problem, Not Resolved, Resolved).
    Unless system could prompt user to raise Doc Review Status.
  • Upon Impediment completion, system could validate all doc types are
    marked as “Resolved”.
  •  In Review workflow, User can perform quality check for a order and raise
    “Review Complete” or “Review Complete and Bill Order”. The Order will
    get complete once Review Workflow completed.

Single Order Entry

  • User can place single order entry for a reverse mortgage customer and
    product.
  •  All relevant field are associate with a product could be appear on the
    Single Order Entry Panel based on configuration level on Product Setup
  •  All relevant field are associate with a product could be appear on the
    Order Summary Panel based on configuration level on Product Setup.

Bulk Order Import

  • Sample excel format attached for Bulk Order Import in the panel
  • User can preview and import Bulk Order into the system

Pricing Setup

    • Ability to setup pricing with PRICE/GRADING/SLA
    • During order initialize the default review pricing will get applied
    • Based on Grade for an order, the additional pricing will get applied

    • Ability to add new Impediment with grading on the same panel
